Director
Shekhar is a Fabrication & Erection Engineer and brings to the table
his vast experience of over 15 years in the composite Industry. His
vision, dynamism and sheer hard work has propelled Kineco from the status
of a small scale industry at inception to its present position of leadership
in the industry.
Vinay Jagtap – Executive Director
Vinay is a Fabrication Engineer with 15 years of experience (including
10 years in the composite industry) in fabrication and moulding of composite
products with processes like filament winding, Pultrusion, RTM etc.
KEY MEMBERS OF THE MANAGEMENT TEAM
P K Bagchi - Technology and R & D Advisor
A Mechanical Engineer with 25 years of experience in design and manufacture
of high value glass and carbon composite products including products
for aerospace applications. An expert in processes like filament winding,
vacuum bagging, Resin Transfer Moulding etc.
Kevin Wright - Head, Advanced Composites Division
A Mechanical Engineer with 25 years of experience in manufacture &
processing of high value hybrid composite products, including 15 years
with British Aerospace. Special expertise in processes such as vacuum
bagging, resin infusion, etc.
Rajiv Hubli – Vice President, Corporate Quality
An Electronics engineer having 18 Years of experience in production,
project management & CNC equipment.
Ravi Shrivastava – Vice President, Marketing
A Mechanical engineer with post graduate qualification in Business Administration
having 14 years of experience in product development and project management
including specific exposure to a number of projects in the field of
composites.
Kapil Borkar – Head, Business Development
With Post Graduation Diplomas in International business and in Piping
Technology, he as worked with Jacobs H&G India. He has a basic degree
in Mechanical Engineering. He is currently handling Business Development,
apart from Sales & Marketing efforts.
