Kineco offers end to end solutions in composites for its customers, In view of this Kineco has set up a full fledge tool room meeting aerospace standards. Key Highlights of our tooling division are:

• Capability to undertake complete tooling design (including the detailed and GA drawings) and development in-house.
• In – house 5 axis CNC router with accuracy upto 50 microns and spindle speed of 20000 rpm for machining complex profiles (aerofoil sections / tooling blocks) with very high accuracy as per aerospace requirements.
• Based on 2D / 3D of final parts Kineco can undertake complete design and detail engineering of master models, composite tooling and associated jigs, fixtures, core templates and simulators.
• Manufacture of master models – Kineco now has in-house facilities for machining of master models using Epoxy / PU / MDF / Siporex.
• Validation of master models - Can undertake complete validation of master models using laser scanning
• Final tooling options include LTM/ Cyfoam / Hextool.
• Kineco is the only Company in India to have developed expertise in the manufacture of Hextools after extensive Research and Development.
